Led by Jazzmun Nichcala Crayton and David Hays Gaddas, Lovely Bouquet Foundation grows through collaboration, with a commitment to truthful storytelling, meaningful partnerships, and the dignity of the people whose lives shape the work.

Jazzmun Nichcala Crayton
Co-Executive Director
Jazzmun Nichcala Crayton is an actress, artist, and longtime community advocate whose work moves across film, television, theater, and grassroots organizing. A Black trans woman, she brings lived experience and a sustained commitment to trans lives into her artistic and organizational leadership. Jazzmun co-created Lovely Bouquet of Flowers with David Hays Gaddas and continues to shape its performance, storytelling, and community engagement. As Co-Executive Director of Lovely Bouquet Foundation, she helps carry that work forward with artistic rigor, compassion, and a clear belief in the power of visibility and human connection.
David Hays Gaddas
Co-Executive Director
David Hays Gaddas is an actor, director, producer, and educator whose work connects original performance with community dialogue and educational programming. His collaboration with Jazzmun Nichcala Crayton began in 2012 and led to Lovely Bouquet of Flowers: An Exploration of Non-Traditional Gender Voices, which he directed for its 2013 world premiere. As Co-Executive Director of Lovely Bouquet Foundation, David brings artistic development, production, partnership building, and organizational stewardship into a shared practice. His work is grounded in the belief that truthful stories can challenge assumptions, deepen understanding, and help people find a meaningful way to participate.
